We will be staying at the comfortable and spacious Casa Rural Alba Montis. There will be a choice between apartments or yurts that come with fully equipped kitchens. Prices are based on two people sharing.

Head deep into the Sierra Nevada national park as we hike through the impressive ´Vereda de la Estrella` (Path of the Stars). Th scenary in this valley is stunning and the hike, although in parts challenging, is suitable for all fitness levels.

The daily schedule will give you time to practice both embodied dynamic & restorative styles of yoga and meditation. Woven throughout will be reflective practices and guided meditations.

The weekend will offer many opportunities to rest and rejuvenate next to our private swmming pool or the communal garden. Bring your books and journals for some seasonal reflection, moments of silence, laughter and soul-filling intimacy with nature.
