yoga flow

A vinyasa-based yoga class with a somatic focus. Expect a yin-yang experience of both movement & stillness to awaken your spirit. We compose creative sequences that invite you to move your body in new yet intuitive ways, and we always end in rest to soak in the practice. In Fire Flow expect to move a little faster, build strength, and play with more advanced transitions. In Yoga Flow & Deep Rest, expect to spend more time moving in and out of the practice, ending with a long savasana.

slow flow & meditation

A gentle version of our yoga flow class to prepare you for a guided meditation. You will be encouraged to take your time to come in and out of poses and slow down through transitions. Throughout the class, the emphasis will be on introspection. You will be encouraged to listen to your body, move at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive for you, and rest when needed. A great option for those who are new to yoga, as well as those looking to unwind and find both flow and rest

yin yoga

A healing, floor-based yoga practice focused on exploring the mind-body connection and our cosmic mystery through a somatic and subtle approach. During the practice we will use props to allow our bodies to be supported as we focus on moving energy through the body and restoring our nervous system

budokon mixed movement

A mixed movement system designed to improve mobility and to build strength by combining yoga with elements of martial arts, calisthenics, and animal locomotion. It is an intermediate-advanced practice but open to all levels as there are modifications. The narrative of the practice is to dance between the warrior who fights for the things they cannot accept, and the yogi who accepts the things they cannot change. And above all, β€œOSU”: patience for the practice

hatha flow

A grounding yoga practice designed to reconnect you with your body- bringing awareness to the muscles and anchoring the attention in the present moment through the breath. We’ll explore alignment on the physical, mental, and emotional levels, looking for balance and harmony between these planes.

bands, weights, & pilates

A full body workout for cardio, strength, flexibility & conditioning in just 45 minutes. Come sweat out your demons with us and enjoy the endorphin rush as we move to inspiring music!

yin, flow, & shake

Come and try a class based on a mix of disciplines as we move from YIN to YANG, incorporating the most popular modalities from Be Moved: yin, yoga flow, and somatic movement (shake the dust/NIA).
